We tried to order take out for our office, they couldn't send us a menu because the fax machine was broken. I pointed out that the fax machine has been broken for the last 3 years, and she told me that the manager was faxing it out now. 30 minutes and 2 more calls later we spent 10 minutes trying to order having to figure out what was on the menu.
When we went to pick up the food, they had no take out menus that they could hand out, only the big plastic ones for dine in. Spend some money at Kinkos and make some copies for your customers or better yet, fix the fax machine.
Other than that, the food is great, service is so so as far as take out goes, for eat in the service is a lot better, but some of us can't always eat in and would like to see the service improve on the take out.
