This little neighborhood hangout has been serving up fish and fries in the Valley for more than 50 years. Family-owned and operated, you'll find scrumptious servings of fish, burgers, hot dogs and steakburgers at Pete's Fish & Chips. If you love all the things your doctor tells you not to eat, stop right here and splurge. Eat it right at the outdoor picnic tables or take it home with you, as this restaurant specializes in orders "to go." Be sure to bring cash, because that's all that's accepted here.

What a dissapointment. Fish seemed to be pressed meat, more like frozen fish sticks. Fries were soggy and greasy. To add insult to injury, they charge extra for tarter sauce. I had been looking forward to eating there and wonder why they seem to be so busy as I would not go back. Maybe there burgers are the draw, couldn't be the fish!

I used to love Petes Fish and chips. You cant beat the price and the greasy salty taste. But I think they have changed their batter for the worst. It taste like they've added sugar. HORRIBLE!! Grease tastes best with salt. Maybe they should offer an option like the pizza place does. I'm sorry, but I won't be eating at Pete's anymore. I will go to Knockneed from henceforth. Pete's is the best in fast food, good and greasy and good prices ! But you have the wrong picture. Pete's is the red brick building next door to the west of the building in the picture !

I have tried 3 different ones around the valley (Co-Worker loves the place). I still cant figure out why people eat here unless you are in the mood for some greasssy food.

I've honestly tried this place only because there seems to be such a crowd there at any given time. It's just not that great, there's no fish that I could find, only bread and grease. Maybe healthier options would help, I guess they consider the fries a vegetable.

Called the establishment before going and asked if they had "take away", They could not understand my question and they had to pass of the phone to 3 other workers. After they started to understand I placed a order..... When I arrived to pick up the order, They said they never got it. The fish tasted as if had been frozen for a few years and the chips were very cold......... Not to compare Fish N Chips with the UK but, As of yet I have not found it in the US........

If you love fish & chips or shrimp & chips this is the place to go. My best friend and I go here everytime we get a deep craving...they have amazing food at a low price & who doesn't love their secret sauce?
