Description

The Farmhouse Restaurant in Gilbert Arizona, a local favorite since 1989. Originally located in a old farmhouse 2 miles south of the current location on what is now the Farmhouse Village. Deciding to move the party, we bought our own building in The Heritage District of Gilbert, AZ. It has been an exciting adventure; we discovered adobe walls and wide planked floors. The adobe bricks were built on site in 1918 and consequently we have a cellar full them.

Always heard great things about it. Just ate there today for the first time. Awesome food, so many different combinations on the menu it is a hard decision what to choose and service was great!! Love the coffee!! Will definitely go back for breakfast and want to try lunch too.

I'm always surprised to see anything but great reviews about the Farmhouse. Everything is so fresh and tasty. If you get a chance to go there you won’t be disappointed.

After hearing and reading about the Farm House, my wife and I had high hopes about the food. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The food was bland; the only thing that was good was the salad. Also, the service was poor. Our waitress was too busy to ask how our food was, or if we needed a drink refill. Its also very loud. It was hard for us to have a normal conversationg without nearly shouting. We will never eat here again.

The food was okay, and part of their breakfast menu isn't available until later in the day! Breakfast should be ready for people to order when they open! The only thing that I thought was good was the grape juice. The menu isn't anything special, and the service wasn't all that great either. Overall, it was barely average.

A real hangout for housewives and little old ladies for lunch in Gilbert. People wait up to an hour to eat here. Why? Don't ask me. Very basic menu and the food is average at best. There are better places in the Gilbert area.

We go every Sunday!

We go every Sunday, you can only get the chicken fried steak on the weekends. Try to get there early, or you will have to wait, but it's definatley worth it! I've only had breakfast there so I can't say how the lunch is, but I would try it. Best breakfast in town, thats for sure.

Keep this a local secret. Its hard to get a seat in this little place, but boy is it worth the wait.
