We just moved back to the Valley and our daughter reccomended your pizza, and we love it! It will be our go to pizza place. We will probably have a lot of winter visitors and will be ordering pizza for them from you! Thanks for the good pizza, and we haven t had time to try the other items on your menu!
My family has decided to no longer due business with this company nor will we ever recommend it to anyone else. It started when I tried to order from work and the man was really rude in saying that my job was a half a block to far south and they were to busy. A few days later I ordered again my order was screwed up when marinara sauce was put on my Philly. And when I ordered it I asked my fries be crispy so they wouldn't get soggy why being delivered and the guy had an attitude about it. The menu says it doesn't have marinara and who ever heard of one with it was terrible. The manager gave me a credit for the next order apologizing that there was a new cook. So the next time I called in I ordered the same thing but told them about the past problem so it wouldn't happen again. This time my Philly meat was really dry. The Italian sub that I ordered was not correct this time. We had requested that the sub be served hot instead of cold and I was told that was fine (had also ordered it this way in the past). When our order was received. the sub was cold, did not have cheese on it and there was celery on it. when we called back they didn't even offer to make him a new one guy said manager told him to just give us a credit. really hesitant to order again even to take the credit we did. we got another Philly instead of Italian. the guy taking the order asked if we wanted marinara on it. NO that was the problem the first time and the menu says no marinara. I also asked that he make sure it wasn't over cooked. When the sandwich was finally delivered it was actually done correct as I remembered from the past. However the driver handed it to him real quick saying it wasn't over cooked and took off before we could even offer him a tip.
I dont know what is going on at this location but even though the prices are a little high it was one of my favorite places to order from when I was pregnant. now my family is all complaining asking me why I keep ordering from here because it is terrible. After recommending it and them screwing things up I feel like an idiot.
