Absolutely awesome place. If there ever was a vegetarian's paradise, this is it. The hummus and falafel are awesome. The pita pizza is very good. The icing on the cake is it is pretty healthy. Unique and artistic ambiance. Love it.
I had heard about this restaurant from a friend who lives in Surprise. She drives all the way out for their food, so I just had to try it. They have a great veggie burger. It's the best veggie burger I've ever tasted. I also loved the atmosphere. The wait staff was wonderful and my son loved watching them put things in the brick oven. The artwork is really fascinating.
This place has the best of all worlds. Healthy, Mediterranean, Vegetarian. The roasted chicken Schwarma is to die for. The 5 bean burrito is fantastic. The chicken Terriyaki Lavosh Pizza is incrediable. The atmosphere is Ecclectic and noisy. I like the Ecclectic part but the noisy part ain't so great. The nice thing is that you have the option of sitting outside which is great when the sun goes down. If you ever have a chance to try the roasted garlic potatoes or the Mediteranian Fruit Salad I highly reccommend this place. It has been one of my favorites for years.
OMG it is SO GOOD. I usually get the Chicken Pita. It's got this tasty sauce and the chicken is never dry. It's a fat serving, too, which means you get to take some home and have the rest about 2 hours later when you are craving that taste again. My friend usually gers the Mediterranean Platter. It has all kinds of things on it to dip and eat.
The decorations are really cool too. When I first moved here from SF I was like OMG everything here is brown and the same - then I went to Pita Jungle and I felt like I was at home again in restaraunt in the Mission District or SOMA. They have the lights perfectly dim and plenty of interesting art by locals to look at. If I could eat there every day, I would.
