Went there for the first time yesterday after meeting the owner around town. Amazing pizza. Best in the West Valley if you ask me. The wings are great too. The only draw back is it is a little pricey. 27.99 for a large pizza and 36 wings, but it was worth every penny.
I had heard that Nino's had awesome pizza and wings so I thought this last Sat nite would be a great time to take the family and have some good pizza! After arriving and psyched that the Sun's game was on I looked around to a not sooo busy place...which perplexed me because I waited 20 minutes just to order! Seems to me the waitress only served those who had alcohol tabs going! Still excited the game was on and starving...I ordered! The appetizer was yummy but it seemed the waitress had a wild hair up her butt for some odd reason! By the time my pizza came I had been there a full hour and five minutes and the waitress's attitude sucked! I ended up asking her to wrap it up to go and just leaving in disgust! Pizza was still good though! Definitely will order again just to go though!
I have been going to this place since I was 7! I love the wings, they are so crunchy, which is rare to find any place. And the pizza is so so good. I go there at least once a month. I know it is a little old school, but it is a great place. You can see the starting line-up for the Phx Suns! Great place, 5 stars, never had a bad experience in 13 years. LOVE this place
Wow, cant believe someone would talk bad about the bartender. Mike Cooney convince you to get away with drinking too much? I feel its the other way around. I have been going to Nino's for a long time and always enjoy sitting at the bar or eating in with the family. Everyone there is always in a fun spirited mood which keeps the customers coming back and if you want innocent fun and jokes then sit at the bar and talk with Mike. He is just a good person with a good heart who likes to have fun. Who doesn't? So SWIM on over.. you wont want to swim home you'll enjoy yourself so much. You know what i mean if you have been apart of the Nino's family and know the people that work there. If you dont ! Then don't judge the hard working workers, judge the food.
We have been going to Nino's for years for the wings and pizza specials. Everyone we take there thinks the wings are the best. We love going there because, it's close to home, you can get a group of people together and not feel like you have to rush out, and the service is always the best. We go at least 3 times a month. Try it.
