Alberto Italian Restaurant, Cave Creek

Alberto is a rare find. It has great food and a friendly and entertaining owner who helped us navigate a wonderful menu. The restaraunt sits on the north side of Cave Creek Road just west of Tom Darlington in Carefree. From the outside it is very downscale. But wait until you get inside. It has a pleasant Italian charm. Not a Kokopelli is sight! Alberto himself entertained us the entire evening as he also was the waiter. His conversation is worth the price of a meal. The menu is the same one that he uses at his family's Rome Restaraunt. If you are looking for a charming little spot with great food, this is it.
