Arrivederci Ristorante, Scottsdale

I go to Arrivederci with my Dad & Stepmother every time I visit. It is their favorite restaurant. The food is great, the service is great. Giovanni is the host/manager (who many people that reviewed about someone nice were probably talking about) is great. I think that the one review about the rude Owner/Manager was the owner.

Authentic, delicious and reasonable prices. A "hole in the wall" that is a must visit!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING..... from the rude Owner/Manager, to the wait-staff who rushed us through. The service was terrible, staff was inattentive, food order was not only incorrect, but served with a sneer. We had to beg for bread (which was stale), water refills and get up and get things for ourselves. I have NEVER been more disappointed. I WILL NOT BE BACK.... Stick with Tutti Santi or Cowboy Ciao. BTW: The prices are MUCH higher than indicated on this site. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. It was only 6:00 pm and close to empty, no excuse. When mentioned to the Manager, not even an apology was offerred. RUDE. STRIP-MALL quality food.

Phenomenal!! We went to Italy 2 years ago for our Honeymoon and I felt like I was there again! Authentic Italian food, we had friends coming in from Chicago and I came on here to find a good Italian Restaurant, just by reviews! Sooo happy we went here. Homemade and fresh ingredients. We had the Gnocci for an appitizer and it just melted in your mouth. We also had a fablous tortillini soup in a tomato broth, so fresh and tasty. The Eggplant Parm wrapped in spinach and 4 cheeses was amazing and so was the homemade pistachio ice cream with drizzled truffle chocoate. Cute, cozy, authentic, reasonable pricing and exceptional portions...can't wait to go back!!! A must try!!

We often have dinner here when we have business guest in town. The food is excellent and so is the service. The atmosphere is perfect for a business dinner.

Very consistent with tastefully prepared dishes. Excellent value as all dishes are made to order. My only reservation is that when busy it can be noisy particularly on the north side of the dining area. Fish preparation is superb and my particular credo's to the minnestrone which is classic.

What a pleasant experience for an evening meal with the love of my life; non-franchise...personal (good people that know what they are doing and how to do their job), friendly, professional, decent spacing between tables, good wine list. Great menu, ambiance, service...we will go back. This is the kind of Italian restaurant I look forward to finding in each city we visit.

Best Italian food west of Mississippi.

We loved everything about it! The food was fabulous, the owners made us feel like we were their most important customers, great atmosphere/ambiance. We come to AZ twice a year and we always make sure we have dinner at Arrivederci's. Ever think of opening a restaurant in Chicago?!?!

I loved Arrivederci! Everyone in my party enjoyed their food. I recommend the gnocchi... it absolutely melted in you mouth! The service is excellent and definitely try the choccimsu dessert.
