Old Town Tortilla Factory, Scottsdale

The ambience was great. Of course, the temperature was perfect. We ate on the patio. The wait was average for a Saturday evening. However, we were really disappointed with the food. We were looking for a steak/mexican restaurant and our hotel recommended this place. There were three of us and we ordered two dishes that the waiter highly recommended - pollo margarita and some pork chop dish. We also ordered a quesadilla. The food was presented beautifully, however, I wish the flavor had matched. The chicken was extremely dry, the pork chop was so-so and the quesadilla was dry - no salsa, sour cream, etc. For the price it was definitely a disappointment.

The outdoor atmosphere was very nice. It was cool the night we went but the heaters kept us warm. The food was average quality and it seemed a bit expensive ($13 for tacos). The enchaladas were spicy which might be a positive depending on your taste. The tacos were very dry because they didn't give us any sour cream or taco sauce.
