Uncle Sal's Italian Restaurant, Scottsdale

Just happened to be in the area recently so I stopped in for lunch. Lucky me. Loved the local atmosphere. Very Italian which is another plus. Lasagna lunch and a glass of Chianti served by the friendliest people you could hope for. I can't wait to get back to Phoenix so I can stop in again. Nothing fancy, just good everything. Highly recommended.

YUCK.....Worst Italian food..... maybe it was the service or lack of it.. that made it so Bad.... never again..

I had the manicotti and it was absolutely wonderful. I went with a group from work and all the plates looked delicious. Our glasses were never empty and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere is very inviting.

What a great place! First time tonight and was pleasantly surprised! Had the gnocci which were very good, probably the heaviest Ive ever had. All in all a very good place! Oh yeah, the wait staff, very attractive!

This restaurant, tucked away in a strip mall is wonderful! We've been going there a few years now, like 4. Highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed! Oh yes, great desserts too! :) And they take reservations too. Highly recommend reservations (unless you don't mind waiting)

Just went to Uncle Sals tonight and WE LOVED IT! Service was wonderful, fast and the food was EXCELLENT. We made reservations for a party of 6 and we were seated immediately. My Dads birthday dinner could not have been better. Thanks!

I absolutely love this place. Especially the bar, it's always jumping and is constantly filled with a batch of characters, male and female, young and old. A great spot to meet new people, eat cheap bar specials, and have a few cocktails from bartenders Mary Ann and Roberta, two of the sexiest women on the planet...or at least in Scottsdale. The dining room and patio are delightful as well and the dinner menu is chock-full of exciting and sumptuous dishes. Try the chicken cilantro, it's my favorite. The aglio olio ain't too shabby either...tons of olive oil and sliced garlic that will keep the vampires away for years. Remember, olive oil is the good fat so drink it down! Overall, Sal's, as it's affectionately known amongst the regulars, is a top-notched Italian restaurant that anyone from New York, Chicago or Rome, for that matter, would be proud to enter. Eat up!

A wonderful little authentic Italian resturant. Family can go but more adult orientated. VERY nice and wonderful food and service!
