Uncle Sal's Italian Restaurant, Scottsdale

We've been going here for about five years. This place is excellent, fantastic Italian food at great prices. God service, very "local" since it's tucked away. Dark and speak easy-ish inside. Love it-halibut is the best, chicken parmigiana excellent-pizza a littie salty for my taste.

YUCK.....Worst Italian food..... maybe it was the service or lack of it.. that made it so Bad.... never again..

Just happened to be in the area recently so I stopped in for lunch. Lucky me. Loved the local atmosphere. Very Italian which is another plus. Lasagna lunch and a glass of Chianti served by the friendliest people you could hope for. I can't wait to get back to Phoenix so I can stop in again. Nothing fancy, just good everything. Highly recommended.

Really good Italian food in a quaint feeling room. Sammy the Bull opened the place and it feels legit. The prices are reasonable and it's the kind of place where you can go with friends and camp out for the night.

Pretty good food -not outstanding. The restaurant itself has very little ambience although the patio dining might have been a better option. One question- why would you put red pepper flakes on the garlic bread? Everyone in our party was upset that the garlic bread was spicy and that they would not make "normal" garlic bread for us. Overall- the experience was ok- not sure if I would go back.

Great Italian food. Full of locals. I'd go back next time I'm in the area.

This is a fine small local Italian restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was wonderful. We were not rushed and the waiter was one of the owners. All our meals were cooked to perfection and came out hot. There had to be at least eight veal offerings. Nice and cozy, they don't short change you on the cocktails, and you will go back.

Uncle Sal's serves up some pretty good Italian food. I really like the chicken parm and calamari. Service is always good. Prices are mostly reasonable, but some are a little high.

Just went to Uncle Sals tonight and WE LOVED IT! Service was wonderful, fast and the food was EXCELLENT. We made reservations for a party of 6 and we were seated immediately. My Dads birthday dinner could not have been better. Thanks!
