Excelllent food...Excellent Quality...Very diverse menu..you wont be disappointed.

I love Tottie's! They're menu is so diverse and they always deliver on taste, quality & quantity. And at their prices I can keep going back for more and more. Don't go if you're in a rush for dinner though. Save room for dessert, the fried bananas with coconut ice cream are so yummy.

Tottie's Asian Fusion (no longer Shanghai Palace) is probably the best Asian around. And Tottie and her family are fabulous folks

I went here on the recommendation of a friend who is a trained chef. by far, one of the best asian restaurants in phoenix! Never had a bad dish. Try the ice cream for dessert or the tottie's rolls as an appetizer! The service at Tottie's is amazing! They are always refilling your glass and the owner greats her customers personally. love it!

Amazing! I have been craving Pad See Ew since I moved to Arizona almost a year ago, but haven't found truly good Thai until today. The flavor and spice were perfect. I can't wait to try something new next time!

It's now called Tottie's Asian Fusion and the ownership is the same chef/owner Tottie Kaya. She is a decorated and acclaimed chef and has now added more chefs to her team. Truly, there was an adjustment period during the expansion of the restaurant meanwhiule handling their catered events, and everything is now leveled out. My family and I first discovered Tottie's back in 2004 and it truly is a hidden gem. My father is a exec chef in San Francisco and he still has yet to taste a coconut soup better than Tottie's! Her, her food and her team rock.

This place is a hidden gem. Atmosphere is great, food excellent, but out of the approximate 10 times I've been there..the service is horrible. I know this is not fast food, but c'mon! Takes forever to be asked for drink order, forever to place the order, forever for the food to arrive, forever to get the bill then pay...this is when its slow or busy. Only been there once since its renovation to Totties Asian Fusion, however no difference on the service. I would recommend it if you aren't starving and if your craving great asian food and have A LOT of time.

I believe the ownership has changed. Ordered Won ton soup- waitress brought sizzling rice. The service was slow. Spicy egg plant was cooked to the point where it could have become soup. No longer deserves rating of 5 stars.

Try the Tottie Rolls. The Vietnamese dishes as well as the Chinese are exceptional. Tottie has created a lovely atmosphere in her restaurant and you never feel rushed. All the dishes are fresh a seasoned to perfection. Everything is made on the premises including the ice cream which is fabulous! This restaurant is a little gem in south Scottsdale.
