Today was my first visit to Los Gringos Locos. The service was friendly, but haphazard. It felt as though it was shift change or lunch hour - there were six different servers in our dining area of 15 tables. However, the food was really good. The corn chips were warm & yummy, but the basic salsa was boring. My dining companion ordered the chicken & spinach enchilada, and I ordered a pork chimichanga. Both were tasty yet not too spicy. It isn't haute cuisine, but I liked it better than Arriba's (and it's less expensive than most of the chain restaurants). I will definitely be eating here again - looking forward to trying their breakfast out on the patio.
