Charleston's Restaurant, Mesa

We have eaten many times both in the restaurant, and have had them cater several work parties. Outstanding food and outstanding service. The salmon is A-MA-ZING with the sauce, the rolls are incredibly light, and the salads, both side and main dish, are really good. The house-made ranch is awesome as well. I personally am not a red-meat eater, but my husband loves the prime rib and ribs. We love the Stapley Charleston's, and will return again and again.

Overall good, but not great. The ceasar salad that came with my dinner was the best for a "dinner salad" that I have had. Heavy on the dressing, which I like. The dinner roll was freshly cooked, and as light as a feather. They put a mild butter/honey glaze on it and you don't even need more butter. The steak (rib eye) was good, but nothing special. Baked potato came with everything and was also good, just not special. We will go back again, but it isn't one of our top restaurants.

Very disappointed by charleston's on Stapley and US 60. Service was good don't get me wrong, but the shrimp cargot tasted a little over cooked. When my party received our entrees the sides were lukewarm like they had been sitting a while. My Mahi Mahi was bland and also a little over cooked. My girlfriend and her friend ordered the Chicken picatta and they said that the artichokes were extremely sour and ruined the sauce. The Mashed potatoes and Rice tasted very good but with a lack luster entree it doesnt make up for the $15-$25 a plate. I nor will any of my friends return to charlestons and instead i will go across the parking lot to Texas Roadhouse!

Recently we were visiting Phoenix and ate at Charleston's Restaurant. It was unbeliveable. the dinner rolls extremely good. We will go back next time we are in the area.

We have gone to Charleston's a few times, and each time the service and the food was great!! The spinach dip is to die for !!!

Food was outstanding, and the service was second to none. Will go back again very soon
