Excellent food, excellent service! Great place to celebrate. You can request a private booth, which we loved!

I am a regular at the Melting Pot. It is a great place for a date or with a friend because it is different and relaxing with plenty of time to talk. I love the traditional swiss fondue, cajun entree, and, of course, we can pass up the chocolate fondue. It is a bit expensive, but well worth it.

My husband and I went here for our Anniversary last year. It was great. A little on the expensive side, but very well worth it.

Went there to celebrate getting my braces removed. Our waiter, Mike, was perfectly on-point. The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was also fantastic. It was a little cold, but after we mentioned it he had them turn off the air conditioning. I would definitely recommend this for a fun time and special occasion!!

i liked the service, and the enviroment is great

I have been to the Melting Pot twice the first time was a wonderful time. The second time however was a totally different story. It was my husbands birthday and I wanted to do something special so we went there. They had balloons set up as I had asked for...but when the waitress came she had a very negative attitude. She took our order and the disappeared for At lest 25 to 30 mins. It wouldn't have been such a big deal expect that our drinks had been empty and no one came to refill them. When she returned her attitude was ever worse she had even a more negative attitude and she still hadn't bought us new drinks only after we had mention we would like refills she looked at us grabbed our glasses and came back 10 mins late with our refills. by the end of the night we couldn't wait to get out of there the romantic evening turned into a rotten dinner because our waitress couldn't get her act together. The worst was when she left for 45 mins and didn't return until we flag down the manger and told him what was going on. He seems to understand and I can only assumed he talked to the waitress but when she returned for desert her attitude was worse them before. By the end of the night my husband and I decided that the melting pot wasn't worth the time or money....
