I go to Uncle Sams at least 6-10 times a year. The service each and every time has gone downhill. Last night was the topper when the waitress stood behind my family just chatting with her own family and did not even cater to one of our needs - let alone get our order correct. However, the food is usually really good and has a lot of flavor. The prices are a bit high but usually worth it. I would recommend getting carry out and not eating there because of the poor customer service.
