Have been going there for over 15 years! So far, have gotten over a dozen friends as well as family hooked on them and jsut wish they were on the west side. Doesn t stop my 80 year old parents from meeting there at least once a month for lunch - never ever had anything there I could complain about! Absolutely the ebst in the west!
Proof that 99% have an unsophisticated palate! Horrible pizza. Would be an excellent place for Osama...oops, Obama to dine if he ever visits the Valley. I m sure Michelle and the two little pets would enjoy as well. Would love to hear comments from the unsophisticated palates. You should try getting some Wonder bread, ketchup, and Obama cheese. Bake until Obama cheese is nice and bubbly brown. Yummmmm.....you re certain to enjoy just as well. You know!
WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD TO CONSUME!!! I ordered delivery last night(3/25/12) just before they closed at 8pm. The only reason we ordered from here was for a friends b-day who told us this place was great from his previous visits. He was unfortunately, terribly wrong. To add salt to the wounds the pizzas I ordered were outrageously expensive at $45($36 for pizza) total including delivery charge and tip.
We ordered a large Super six (sausage, pepperoni, ham, mushroom, green peppers, & mozzarella) and a small pepperoni. It was more like the Super disgusting pizza, the crust tasted like over-cooked, stale, cardboard similar to that of a $1 Totinos FROZEN pizza. The sauce has a strange tangy flavor to it and the toppings were flavorless. Not only that but it took them over 45 minutes from start to finish to deliver it(we live 4 miles from them). My friend who raved about the pizza even said it didn t taste the same.
My partner and I were polite and ate the pizza in front of him but once he left we threw away the leftovers.(which was quite a lot) Not only that but they show off some 2008 Best food winner from the Scottsdale culinary festival. All I know for sure is those judges probably had absolutely no taste buds. They aren t open today(monday) but believe me, I m calling to complain tomorrow and ask for a refund.
Stopped by the FLW location at approximately 6PM on Saturday July 16th. We were greated and seated promptly and told Nicki would take care of us. After being ignored for about 15 minutes, asked the hostess if someone was going to wait on us, she sent another hostess over to bring us water and take our drink order. We ordered a couple of beers and she seemed to young to bring them us. Only having been served water, we waited another 15 minutes before leaving.
Everyone told us to have a nice evening without realizing we had not been served. The restaurant was not crowded at all and a party of 6 were seated after us and their order was placed immediately. There was another couple that were seated at the table beside us and had great service. Not sure if it was the server or the location, have always enjoyed the food at their different locations. Ended up having a good meal right down the street at Redendo's and had great service.
