Old Spaghetti Factory, Phoenix

If I could rate this a 0 stars I would. The food was horrendous! Pasta was overcooked and sauce was watered down... please be aware that if you order the meat sauce or mushroom sauce you will get a base bland tomato sauce with meat or mushrooms thrown on top. Portions were small. Dressing for the salad was watered down and it looked like they tried to penny pinch because I got lots of yellow greens. The only reason this place got 1 star was because of the staff which was also mediocre. Our waitress was very forgetful and was not well socialized. Hope you take the money you would spend here and go to Carrabba's! Even olive garden would be 100x better then this place.

This was our first visit to the diner in Phoenix, when we recieved our order we where very shocked to get chips with our dinner , never before did we ever had chips with a pani chicken sandwich , maybe a few greens might be better for $ 8.50 , will not repeat this diner , we have been at other old spaghetti Diners but this menu sucks...

outstanding food, service, atmosphere, prices portions, everything.

I had lunch at the Spaghetti Factory yesterday. I am still recovering from the horrible food poisoning it gave me. What's worse, this is the second time this has happened from this restaurant. The first time I wrote it off as a fluke, now I am questioning their food and cleanliness standards. I will never eat there again.

I ate at OSF once. That's it. That's all it took. Once was too much. Ragu running over spaghetti that was watery and over cooked.

It is a wonderful place to celebrate or to just relax

My boyfriend and I have been to Old Spaghetti Factory twice now, both times we have had excellet service. The wait time wasn't bad at all, maybe 20 minutes. We are planning on going again for Valentine's Day. If you haven't been to Old Spaghetti Factory, I highly recommend you go, you love it.

My family and I have been to several Old Spaghetti Factories up and down the west coast. We always have a great time. The price includes coffee or tea, I like to get the iced tea (fresh brewed) myself and ice cream, spumoni or a juice bar. It became difficult to even mention the Old Spahetti Factory to my child without her getting excited and begging to go eat there! That is where the code word OSF comes in, we used to say it instead of Old Spaghetti Factory to try and curb her excitement. I highly recommend trying OSF if you have a chance, not only is it kid friendly, but adult friendly too!

I went there for the first time last night and it was just what i was looking for. They seated us within 15 minutes but i could have waited longer. They have a bunch of old games and old stuff to look at like old phone booths and coke machines.The food was great, it wasnt to loud and the service was awsome. The prices cant be beat.If your lookin for something differnt the OSF is it.
