Alice Coopers Town

Description

Owned by legendary rocker and Phoenix resident Alice Cooper, this is one wild and rockin' party place. Located in central downtown Phoenix right across the street from US Airways Center and near Chase Field , it is popular after sporting events. The courtyard features a stage that has hosted such talent as Dave Mustaine, Keanu Reeves and Alice Cooper himself. The kitchen cooks up home-style entrees named after athletes and musicians. Try the "Megadeth Meatloaf" or the "Ty Cobb Salad." Open daily 11am onwards.

Okay place a couple of blocks from baseball stadium.Food and drink prices are little pricey but not outrageous. No parking.pay lot down the block. The only time this place is crowded is when the DBacks or Suns are playing.Atmosphere is pretty good ,service not the best but it was crowded we went after a baseball game.Better than most of the sports bars in downtown Phoenix.

Alice Cooperstown is a must-do for my family before every Diamondbacks game we attend. The crowd is always rowdy but friendly. And while they are expensive, everywhere around the ballpark is too. At least they're cheaper than inside the park.

Overpriced Stop here to see the memorabilia. Aside from that, the food is marginal and way overpriced. To make things worse, the service is poor. The staff is unfriendly and more concerned about talking between themselves. Disappointing.

I had a wonderful experience there! My service was excellent, the food was spectacular, and I even caught a glimpse of Alice. One of my friends and I ate a very late lunch there and were having such a wonderful time that we decided to move from our table to the bar. The bartenders were so friendly and attentive. They introduced themselves (Jessica and Mike) and talked to us throughout the evening. Right before the dinner crowd started to arrive, I saw Alice come through the kitchen. We can't wait to go back! Thanks Mike and Jessica, we had a great time!

This bar is neat to look at once to say youve been there and that all. I made the mistake of going there the night of a concert and it sucked! They only served 2 or 3 kinds of beer and they were way understaffed at the bar. I believe I waited over 20 minutes to get waited on. There were only 2 people behind the bar for a crowd of hundreds! And to top it all off, the bartender repeatedly ignored me standing there and went straight to the female customers. Customers were lined up 3 deep the entire length of the bar. You would think that on an event night in Phoenix that they would be prepared. I love Alice Cooper but he needs to witness this himself and allow his establishment to live up to his name.

The waitstaff is rocker-goth, but very friendly and yes, the place is mighty loud, but the food is awesome. I especially loved the barbecue and was happy to find Shiner Bock on the menu. The only thing I was disappointed with is the fact that I couldn't watch at UT-Austin football game on any of the TV screens despite the waitstaff and manager's best efforts to scan through all of their DirectTV channels.

This is a fun, loud place so it you don't like noise - don't go. But the food is good, the service is hit and miss, but you'll enjoy. So go see Alice!
