BEST WESTERN PLUS Rubys Inn, Bryce Canyon City

Looks like your experience will vary. We went for the winter festival and while x-country skiing and the festival were good, customer service was at best lacking. It's not that they're rude necessarily, it's just that they don't really care. Think grouchy. The food in the Inn's restaurant is a bit overpriced and mediocre and in the winter that's about all your choice. Very convenient for Bryce, and the rooms were decent, so it may be worth staying at at least once. I think if you go expecting semi-grouchy staff and so-so food you'll probably be satisfied with your experience. If I go again, I won't be staying at Ruby's. I do recommend the Winter Festival though.

Don't pay extra for a lakeview. All you will see is a swamp. Rip off. Rude employees and lousy food. Bryce is beautiful and a must see, but don't stay at Ruby's.

Ruby's Inn has been a wonderful place to stay. As my (large) family traveled from out of town to attend my brother's funeral, they gave each family member 2 nights free in their hotel. This, during tourist season. I would especially like to thank them for that. It made our mourning so much easier not having to worry about $ for a hotel, and truly show what kind of people we were dealing with during our stay. Your staff has been so accomodating and pleasant. The rooms were great, pool was great, restaurant great. The staff at the restaurant was wonderful, finding us all tables so we could sit together the first night we arrived. That took a lot of work and patience, and we so appreciate it. I have nothing but good to say about this hotel and its staff. Not just because our rooms were free, but you made our stay so pleasant. Thank you!
