11-26-08. My family and I dined at the Pasta Factory tonight and it was absolutely nothing like it had been in the past years. The service was horrendous and the food was mediocre at best. The servers were all standing around and looking at us even though there were only two other couples in the business. We had to be asked for service. How shameful. The single bathroom was occupied by the same man for over twenty minutes and after he left the smell was atrocious and unbearable. We went into a neighboring business to use their restroom. Next time we will go to the Olive Garden. The Pasta Factory has lost our business for good. Do yourself the favor and do not eat there!
The Pasta Factory is a wonderful place to eat for dinner - they're one of the few restaurants who offer a shaded patio area. It is misted in the summer and heated in winter, and a true delight are the wild sparrows who flit among the tables searching for bread crumbs. The Pasta Factory offers many delicious plates, many vegatarian, and several decadent desserts to choose from.
