Buffalo Bistro, Glendale

Don't miss this little place, the steaks are great. If you like buffalo steaks with an atmosphere of being at home this is the place to eat. Ron and his staff will make sure that you feel at home and enjoy your meal, whether you eat inside or out on the open porch where you can watch your steak grilled to perfection. You can smell them cooking before you get out of your vehicle. On our cross country adventure this dining experience was the most fun and remembered. The Buffalo Bistro food and staff along with the Glendale area are why you travel west and are ready to go again tomorrow. Try it, you'll have a ball!
