Ottavios, Provo

I lived in Italy and so I am a little biased when it comes to Italian food. I can honestly say this was the worst Italian food I have ever eaten. It is overpriced and terrible food. Go to Gloria's Little Italy for some amazing authentic Italian food.

We travel fulltime in a Motorhome across our great country. We recently had the good fortune to go to Ottavio's in Provo. Mr. Balsano personally greeted us and our waitress was absolutely A+. The food was the very best Eggplant Parmesan and Spaghetti with Sausage we've ever had. We would highly recommend this restaraunt to anyone looking for an excellent meal. Thank you Mr. Balsano

Excellent food... the whole situation, music, service etc. It has it all...

Low to average quaulity. I ate there and couldn't understand what all the hype was about. If think Olive Garden is good quality (which it isn't), then you will like eating here... Another ok quality Italian restaurant.

My Mom was out from Vermont and we went here Saturday early evening. We both thought the food was great and huge portions for us (we needed to box some home). The live accordion and tenor singer was a great touch. My mushroom cannoli was tasty. We though the price for 2 at about $32 wasn't bad. I've been before, and I'll go again.

I just traveled back from Sicily and wanted to stop by and compare the food. The food at Ottavio's in Provo was so good and perfectly prepared. You definitely do not leave hungry. It was not an American-Italian Wanna-Be like Fazoli's or Olive Garden. Ottavio's Set's The Bar High! Molto Grazi!!

This is a great restaurant for the entire family. The atmosphere is very "Italian" and the food is EXCELLENT.

Ottavios is delicious Italian food at its best. Most nights they have live entertainment (singers or accordion players) who wander throughout the restaurant entertaining diners and serenading special tables for tips. Make sure you get reservations as this place is popular and fills up quickly for dinner. Lunch is easier to get in. The atmosphere is great - very Italian and "Godfatherish" - think the Sopranos. It's a nice place to take your date for a good dinner on Center Street. They also do business luncheons for small groups in-house. If you're thinking Olive Garden go here instead - there really is no comparison and it's not that much more money.

I had a really good experience, the food had tasted great and the service was fair. The menu lacks a certain degree of variety and the pricing is a bit high, but it's a fun resturant for special occasions or an occational splurge. On Friday nights the American Fork branch has a buffet which is a pretty good deal.
