Shin-Sei Sushi Bar, Ogden

I am getting a little bit to familair with the drive to SLC to find good sushi, but today I was feeling lazy and decided to try a place in Ogden, this places prices where low I thought at first, but in hindsight you get what you pay for. I should have tried the spider roll even though it was quite expsensive, however even though the california roll was only average it was still slightly inexpensive. All in all I would go back again.

Tasty, tasty, tasty. They have a hawwaiian menu as well, and it was VERY good. I found the service a little slow for lunch, but that had to have been because of the large group I was with.

I thought the food and service were great. The sushi was all very fresh and tasty. There is a great feel here and a little bit of authenticity too.

We had a great time here and the sushi was some of the best Ive had in quite a while. We will be back soon!

Fantastic Sushi and Japanese Cuisine - Traditional Japanese Decor - Private rooms available.Very relaxing atmosphere. Haven t had anything that wasn t worth 5 stars. They offer daily specials.

Fresh food and the best part is that everything I ordered was half price because I happened to go during their happy hour! Friendly staff who checked on me often enough to make sure I always had a drink at least half full. I will definitely be going back!

I am a Sushi Fanatic and was in search of another restaurant that I haven't yet feasted at - this is when I came across Shin-Sei on the historic 25th street in O-town. I was really impressed with there service and food, I have been there about 9/10 times since and love it for dates because they offer a covered booth that sinks into the floor and is very private. The prices are worth the food and service and you can't get anymore private for talking and getting to know someone then here :-) DRT

Really the best place to go to if you want a good selection of fresh rolls. I have yet to be disappointed when it comes to this place.

Shin Sei Sushi Bar was absolutely AMAZING! My family and I loved the experience. We had the opportunity to sit in the private room. The atmosphere was so soothing and comforting. Our waitress, Sabrina, was so kind. She gave us details about each roll and suggested which rolls she thought were the best. Everything tasted wonderful! Shin Sei is definitely our new favorite place for sushi.
