The menu begins with the typical Chinese choices and progresses to a daring selection of unfamiliar dishes and ingredients. For a spicy, enjoyable entree, the General Tso's chicken is a good choice, accented by slices of carrot and cayenne peppers. The shrimp dumplings are also a treat, and are served with egg noodle soup and beef stew.
