The store is a little cramped, especially around lunch. The building is small, but the sandwiches are huge, and what's more, delicious. The place has a huge influx of customers during lunch time because of this. Calling your order in early is a good idea. The further away you arrive from noon, the better. The place gets packed, (but typical for good food in the area at lunch, Joni's is the same way). I lived near there for a while and ate there frequently, moved away for three years and craved their chicken salad the whole time, and was delighted when I moved back the owner recognized me still.
Seating is outside, long waits at lunch hour, but the best sandwiches in the world and an entire aisle of hot sauce! Now I'm craving again, and I need to go get one.
