My wife and I have eaten at diner’s all over the country, Loco Lizard Cantina in Kimball Junction, Utah, is our hands down favorite. We like it so much that we’ve adjusted our plans more than once to make sure we get a meal there where we are traveling I80. They’ve taken traditional Mexican/American fair and twisted it just enough to make as exciting as skiing in nearby Park City. When you go, don’t miss the Enchiladas Bahia. Yum.

A great find in Park City. Wonderful food. Loved the smoked chcken with strawberry salad. Great fish tacos. Awesoome Cadillac margaritas. Very comfortable environment. Very interesting and varied menu, not your typical mexican menu.We love this place. We go here everytime visit Park city A great value

Truly fresh, high quality food prepared in house. Fun casual atmosphere with great service. The Chicken Bahia Enchiladas with Rice and Black Beans was absolutely the most delicious we've ever experienced. The Chili Relleno was full of fresh chopped vegetables with some cheese and tasted fire roasted; it was terrific. This is not your usual greasy, overly high fat Mexican restaurant food but rather flavor comes from the best ingredients, spices and cooking methods. We will definitely enjoy dining at Loco Lizard's again when in Park City.

Bland interior in a strip mall setting near I-80, a few miles away from downtown Park City. Disappointed with the chicken dishes, which used mostly dark meat. There are much better Mexican restaurants directly in downtown Park City or at the resort at a similar cost.

My wife and I stopped in here just a few days ago. We loved it. We were treated very nicely, and the staff was just friendly. The food is amazing. Some of the best I have tasted in Utah. You have got to try the Tamales. It's easily accessible and the food is just to die for. It tastes authentic and that is hard to find. The food came out in a good manner of time, and it was freshly warm. You can't mess up by stopping in and having a bite. It will make your day that much better because you did.

Love the food

Love the authentic mexican food here. I always am satisfied with anything I order off the menu here. The service is sometimes hit or miss, but I keep coming back b/c the food is that good.

Crummy Service Cold Food
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/21/08
This was one of the worst dining experiences I have had. The waiter seemed to be busy doing everything but serving. It took forever to get our drink order. Another 40 minutes to get a dinner order and when dinner finally came my food was cold. I would not recommend the Loco Lizard in Park City to anyone.

Conveniently located within 15 minutes of Park City and the Canyons. A casual fun environment with good quality Mexican food and fast, friendly service. Lengthly menu with interesting alternatives to the standard tacos and enchiladas. Don't let the strip center location prevent you from trying this great value for Park City area.

We visit Park City every year and Loco Lizard is our favorite restaurant. It never disappoints. It is our 1st stop as we reach town. We start talking about it before we leave NY. We wish they would open one in NY. The atmosphere is casual and fun. We feel there are not many family friendly restaurants in Park City and Loco Lizard goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. There are so many items we have tried that it is hard to name a favorite. In such an expensive town it is welcome to see a restaurant catered to the locals and families like us. Go and enjoy. Can't wait until next year. P.S. The margaritas are great!!!

Not what I expected.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/5/06
I was hoping for something a little more authentic. the food was really good, although I thought the salsa was a little too hot. They were quick to seat us and take our order, but it took a little longer than you would expect for the food to come. I also thought it was a little pricey for what you get. For 2 people without appitizers or desserts was $30. I think I would have rather had Bajios, which atmosphere and food are comparable, but costs about half the price.
