Ciseros Ristorante, Park City

always excellent - we try to eat at Ciseros every winter when we visit Park City to ski

This place is terrible! We were trying to hurry back to Bear Lake to continue working late in the evening during late spring. We got there and waited 10 minutes for someone to come help us. After finally ordering our drinks we waited another 10 minutes to make our order. About 20 minutes later we got our salads (which they goofed and brought the wrong dressings). 30 minutes later we finally got our actual meals. We were all appalled at the lack of service at this place. We tried to warn a group of people that just walked in and sat at the table next to us but they didn't take us seriously. They waited for 15 minutes until we the waitress finally realized they were sitting there. She was standing at the bar talking to her friend for the entire 15 minutes!!! Completely oblivious to the fact that there were newcomers waiting for her to come by. This place is absolutely pathetic. Go to any other restaurant nearby (there is another Italian restaurant just a few feet away) but do not waste your time here! You will regret it!

The food is fabulous and the servers are family friendly. Great for a romantic dinner or a family get together. Get there early in the winter, very busy. Have been going to Cisero's for over 20 years, and it is consistently good.

When planning a party do not make reservations here, for the customer does not matter! I am sad that I did not have the chance to eat at this location. I sent out tons of invitations and planned to have 40 or more people show up dinner. Since the owner was in town, we were informed that we had to cancel our party at the last minute so they could have a company party. TALK ABOUT A HEADACHE!!! DON'T PLAN PARTIES HERE!!!

The food came to us in boxes. Just sloped in a box. (Ew gross) And for 75 bucks it was not enough food to feed one person the salad was suppose to be for 3 ppl and its was only like 3 bits. $15 In lumaconi was only 3 lil shells. The portions are not worth the price and we didn't get all the food we orderd they forgot some and now our food is going to b cold waiting for the rest.

I loved this plase. They have excellent eggplant parmasan!!! They also have fantastic deserts(Cisookie which is a cookie with sundae toppings and ice cream!!! P.S. Don't forget to try their wonderful Italian sodas!!!!!

I loved the food, we all had something different and everything we ordered was delicious! This is really a family oriented and friendly restaurant. They cater to families with kids.We also went there for our anniversary and were treated to a romantic meal with great wine and food.
