Chimayo, Park City

This is definately my favorite restaurant in Park City. This joint is owned by the same group that owns Wahso and Grappa. I think that this is the gem of the three. Maybe the Riverhorse has slightly more dependable food, but the atmosphere is intimate and the place overall is terrific. Ask for a table upstairs as the downstairs is a bit underwhelming. The booths upstairs are great. They have small ones for a romantic two person night and bigger ones for 5 or 6 people. There is always a lively crowd and these tables make it more intimate and less noisy. The ribs are fall off the bone good. The duck enchilladas are a favorite of others I have dined with there. It is a bit pricy, but this is a ski town. During Sundance, you are sure to see a celebrity or 10 there.
