Real basic fresh Mexican and affordable too. Order at the counter and the staff brings it to your table. Fish tacos rock as does the burritos and large self serve salsa bar. Definetly a locals favorite.

I haven't had mexican food better than this, ever. Beats Red Iguana for flavor and variety and the value is outstanding. 6 bucks will buy you a full meal. Located in a Park City Strip Mall, El Chubasco is easy to find. The food is ordered by standing at the counter and the bring it to you when it is ready. Their is an outstanding salsa bar in the middle of the restaurant that can only be described as complete. If you want it mild, hot or pickled, it is all here.
