Description

Attentive service and excellent cuisine has made this Main Street cafe a longstanding favorite of diners. The casual cafe atmosphere invites visitors to linger over lunch or enjoy the street-side view from the small, shaded patio. Owner and chef, Ed Axtell, prepares contemporary European dishes that spotlight the tastes of the Mediterranean. Guests enjoy ravioli with butternut squash, grilled salmon and polenta , and delicious risotto specials. Beer and a wide wine selection are offered. During the week it is open in the evenings , 5.30 pm onwards.

We had a lovely dinner there last Sat. night. Unfortunately I had fallen on the ice on the walk to the restaurant and injured my wrist. Our waitress, Linda, offered sympathy and an ice pack and made me feel as comfortable as possible. She went above and beyond to make my dinner special. Oh, I forgot to add, the food was great too. I would go again in a heartbeat.

Best place in Park City

The food was outstanding. We had wonderful dinner there. We strongly recommend it. But be prepared to drop $50-$75 per person. They have a nice wine list. I would suggest trying the Scallops.

Great food, great restaurant

I had a reservation for 20 at Cafe Terigo, and booked the private room upstairs. The food and service were all excellent. We had a limited menu, and all four of the entree were universally loved. The flank steak and salmon were especially delicious. The service was generally good and quite friendly, although we had to go get them for coffee. This restaurant is a step above in both food and ambiance.

Why were we ignored?

My sister and I went out for her birthday and it was a busy time of night, but we were completely ignored the entire time. It's so dissapointing on a special night out. I didn't feel like the food was excellent or the over all feel was nice because the service was so poor.

Park City Winner

Park City has a number of great restaurants, and this has to be one of the top. Wonderful service that was very knowledgable and friendly, plus willing to make strong recommendations on the menu and wine list. We have a party of 7 and everyone loved their meals. I had the salmon over mash potatos and it was tremendous. Tried the ribs, some pasta too--all good. Hope you can get in. It's worth the effort.
