Las Palmitas, Coeur D'Alene

We came in on 11-25-2011 at 7:30 pm, place was fairly busy, waited only a moment to be seated... However once seated we ordered a drink, and waited over 10 mins for a pepsi and a beer. Employees had young children running in the hallways, following waiters, sitting at tables... once ordering, we waited 45 minutes for our plates to arrive. The food we ordered was not as listed, even the ingredients were incorrect or missing. The chicken was incredibly dry, and the the shrimp wrapped in bacon was tiny and rubbery. We ate nearly nothing there, and left extremely disappointed. Wait staff could not have been worse, and offered no recourse whatsoever. We are frequent visitors to CDA, and will never return upon any conditions. I have no idea what they are doing in the resturaunt business.

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the area. Great food at a reasonable price. The ambiance is very unique as well.
