Applebee's, Coeur D'Alene

I have been to this applebee's several times. Its not a 5 star restaurant and doesn't claim to be. You can pay $6 or more for a burger and fries at a fast food restaurant and get no service or a cafeteria like setting or go to a place with nice atmosphere and a little music. The food isn't gourmet but it is better then fast food. Choose what you want but I prefer to get a little service in a nice atmosphere. I like this place.

Dropped by this place with freinds last week. Ordered off the two for twenty menu. Got two six dollar value burgers that were terribly dry and one appetizer. Let's see now, twelve bucks worth of burgers and paid eight dollars for the onion ring appetizer. A rip off. The meat was overcooked, dry and zero flavor. We all had trouble digesting the fare. This place deserves a one or no stars but the service was above average. I would have sent the food back but time did not allow. This is my second visit to an Applebees...last time it was a greasy breakfast and staff who could care less. Not to mention the poor condition of the building and fixtures. I'm done with this chain. One of my guests this last time searched on line and found some very disturbing info about Applebees. You can search for yourself if you care to.
