Copper Canyon Restaurant, Nampa

I thoght that they had decent food for a resonalbe price, but they definitely need to work on their communication. I called and made reservations, and when i called to confirm them they had never been made on their part.

Food was fabulous. Had a party of eight and everyone's food was terrific. Sauces on meats, seafood and pastas were very flavorful. Everything cooked to perfection. Even the two year old ate her broccoli. Will definately go back every time we visit family in Nampa!

absolutely amazing. great food, beautiful atmosphere, perfect for any occasion. not pretentious- just as fine in a suit as you would be in jeans and a tee. just visited the new location, which is in the broadmore country clubhouse off of northside blvd. across from dennys..same great menu and amazing chef..when you go, make sure to ask for shawn to be your server..you will not be dissapointed. i have dined across the country as a result of my job, and i can tell you, he is an absolute gem. the best server i have ever had. even if the food wasn't as good as it is, i would go back simply because of shawn. luckily the food is top notch, and even the manager, (i believe dereck is his name) is excellent. do yourself a favor and experience it firsthand..some reccomendations- dungeness crab cheesecake, salmon chowder(a must) and the chicken marsala..chef bryan inaba has taken classics and put a fresh northwestern twist on em..a weekday night may be your best bet, unless you make a reservation..weekends seem to be pretty busy, but the few times i've gone on a weeknight, it seems a little quieter, better seats, and the food is just as good.

Great ambiance with even better service. The new building is so much more accomodating for larger groups to dine and easy to find.

It's a great place to eat. One of the finest in Idaho. Strongly recommended! They have the best salmon soup you can find anywhere. You will not be disappointed.

This restaurant has shockingly good food and fine dining for a small town such as Nampa, Idaho. Dinner items are very reasonably priced. The wait staff isn't snooty one bit. Portions are a decent size as well.

This place in my opinion is the best place to eat in the valley. Great food and, awesome service.

since i was visiting from out of town i was pleasantly surprised by this very fine restaurant. if your looking for quality food this is the place to go. atmosphere is also very good and fortunately the staff is not pretentious at all! GO!

Nampa's best kept secret. Food is wonderful, atmosphere is upscale and romantic, though people dine casually too. Salmon soup is to die for. You'll find yourself using the bread to soak up every drop. Halibut was tender and flavorful, as are the vegetables. Desert is very tasty as well. I highly recommend this excellent place, expecially when you're sharing a meal with someone special.
