Wow! My most favorite place to eat! Super fresh chips and salsa! usually the chips are still hot from the fryer, and the salsa is fresh and delicious! I dine at Chapala nine out of ten times i go out. I always order the pork carnitas, which are served with mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. The mushrooms and onions are sooo flavorful, (i order mine no bell), that my boyfriend is always jealous. He has his favorite dish as well, but always steals some of mine. We definitely have cravings for their food, and take every opportunity to show off our favorite restaurant when visitors are in town!
I am thoroughly and obsessively addicted to this place. I fiend for it and eat there at least once/week. Lucky for me, I am within walking distance from my place of employment. The food is to die for and very well priced. Their salsa is phenominal. I highly recommend the Burrito Mexicano and their ground beef is Delicious!!!! Mmmm Thank God for Chapala!!
Although I am not an expert on Mexican dining, I can tell you this place was the best place I have been. The service was great. The food was very tasty, but a bit pricey, but if you are into fine mexican dining, this place is the one for you. I believe they have another store opened on Vista as well now too.
