Evergreen China Buffet, Idaho Falls

My husband and I eat lunch here about twice a month. For a buffet, the food is surpirsingly good, hot and fresh. They have a HUGE selection of dishes, including a stir-fry bar and a sushi bar. They don't have much beef, but plenty of chicken, pork and shrimp dishes. Their crab dishes consist of the faux variety of crab, but for the price, what do you expect? If you go, try the chicken with walnut glaze--it's to die for! They even have one whole table devoted to desserts! Service is quick, efficient and polite. Lunch for two comes to about $13.00 including soft drinks--they don't offer alcoholic beverages.
