China First, Burley

One of my fav Chinese Restaurants. There are two here in Burley: I go to the one by the Rail Road Tracks by Mr. Gas. The daughter is always so nice everytime she sees us. I esp love the hand-made Pot Stickers. I've been to many Chinese Restaurants and have only seen factory made ones. Also, the Calamari Rings are HUGE! If you love golden fried Calamari, you'll love these! They are like huge Onion Rings and a lot of them too. They also cater to vegetarians with a lot of dishes like Tofu Mushrooms and Vegetable Tofu which is VERY good! Sure the decor is dated but the food and service make up for it. -Jerry

They have 2 restaurants in town from what I see but I have only ate with my family at the one in the downtown area. Feel it was over priced for what you got, alot of strange things in food not sure what they are. If you tell the waiter/waitress-(also owners) that you don't like the taste of something they become very rude and distant towards you. But then become all smily and nice again when it comes time to pay the bill and leave a tip. They really need to update the cafe is fixed up with cheap plastic chinse dollar store looking items and really cluttered with alot of stuff every where. If your looking for a nice place to eat this place should not be on your list..Will not be going back ever...Costed us $75.00 for a family of 7 to eat there not cheap/ Nor tastes that good for what you pay.

the food is awful and the people are unhelpful. But if youre like me and you love a great asian meal than there is an excellent place beside goode mtors in Rupert.
