Mountain High Pizza Pie, Jackson

First of all the cashier hit a wrong button when processing our debit card. He didn't tell us what he did, but walked away saying he needed to get his manager. Once his manager came he asked for my card, when I asked what the problem was he informed me the cashier had enter $293.12...and it went through!!!!!!!!!!! They NEVER once apologized and then charged me for my pizza which was $29.12. The manager said it wouldn't actually go through since he wouldn't batch in until later and that he had refunded it. Well it did indeed go through, luckily I had money to cover it..but if I wouldn't have...what a mess!! Horrible horrible service, high prices, and very run of the mill pizza. Not very clean either...go somewhere else!

i used to live in jackson hole and i ate at mountain high pizza regularly. i love their pizza and the crust is great! i also never had any trouble with gas. if your two pizzas and beer cost $50 and you're on your honeymoon then obviously that's two of you each eating a large loaded pizza. maybe if you didn't eat so much you wouldn't have so much gas trouble and wouldn't have almost ruined your honeymoon!

We were out in Jackson Hole in 2005 on our honeymoon. We went to Mountain High Pizza Pie, it cost $50 dollars for two pizza's and a couple of beers, too high. The pizza was sub par to say to least. We went to yellowstone the next day. We had gas so bad from the pizza, it smelled like rotten cheese. We could barley stand each other, and if you have driven to Yellowstone you know there is at least 8 hours of car time, if you are touring the park and driving back to Jackson the same day. It almost ended the honeymoon. Thanks Mountain High Pizza Pie.

Was going to make a large group order till we read reviews. Not getting our money chumps!

Being from the East Coast I am picky, but the crust on these pizzas was terrible and the cheese seemed skimpy. On the plus side delivery was timely.

It was good but I was expecting better from the reviews. Still a better option that pizza hut or dominos. We had a big group and ordered all larges and they just didn't go very far. The combo seems to be missing items the cheese was outstanding though. While there to pick them up saw some hot subs going out and they looked awesome. I'll try that next time.

the service was a little slow, and the pizza was average, given the price. The calzone is huge, and the gyro sandwich was tasty. The booths are cramped and the walls are covered in sauce and beer

What happened to Mountain High pizza? Was there an ownership change? Did someone at Mountain High think they could substitute inferior ingredients into the pizza without anyone noticing? As a die-hard Mountain High pizza fan for over 20 years, I have to express my extreme disappointment at this change. In two recent trips to Mountain High, neither the BBQ Chicken nor Meat Treat lived up to expectations. As a matter a fact, a trip to the local Alberton's to pick up a frozen DiGiornio would have been more satisfying. Because of these disappointing experiences, I will no longer eat Mountain High pizza pie. To the owners of Mountain High Pizza Pie - bring back the old pie! If not, more patrons like myself will be looking for a new pizza restaurant in Jackson Hole. Sincerely, RQ
