I don't mind that we are training people from other countries. But the management needs to make sure that the people that are working the drive thru can understand english and speak it fluently. I have gone to this restaurant three times within two weeks and each time they have messed up my order. They were very simple orders. It was because they didn't understand english or couldn't read the prompter correctly.
This is probably the worst Mcdonalds I have ever eaten at and I have been to plenty across the U.S. the service is deffently the slowest and I don't mean at just rush hours at 10 pm or anytime really you can count on a 10 to 20 min wait in the drive thru even when there is just one car ahead of you.then they screw up your order and you have to drive back in line to get what they forgot, wait again and enjoy your cold meal. And what about the free coffee in the paper said one free cup per customer per visit,and my wife and I have gotten it through the drive thru a couple of times, then today we were charged for one, and the woman said we can only have one per vehicle ! But that I could go in for mine if I wanted one too! so I guess I'm not a seperate customer. I give them a - 5 stars
