I was coming for a meeting from out of the area, and asked for local suggestions for meeting food. Red Canyon was suggested and I ordered a large catering order from them. The sandwiches were huge, delicious. and a great selection and I will used them again when I travel to Eagle. I misplaced my receipt and since it was a purchase through work, I had to request a duplicate one. Owner Ryan Murray went above and beyond to fax me a receipt (multiple times) so that I could reconcile my records. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Chef Ryan Murray of red Canyon Cafe catered an event at our home in Eagle yesterday. He did an excellent job. The food was delicious and well prepared. Ryan and his staff were professional and friendly. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. Make sure and try his hummus and the the watermelon salad was just fantastic.It was a pleasure to have them in our home and I hope that in the future we have a happier event for Ryan and his staff to cater.
