Brothers' Grille is a solid, reliable choice to eat. The best things my family ate while staying at the Silvertree Hotel were the many breakfast items (great value, especially since the Grille was pretty much the only early morning option) and the meatloaf for dinner - absolutely AMAZING meatloaf. Everyone should order it at least once.
The staff was usually gracious, but restaurant management was really great - always checking on tables and getting the kitchen to fill orders in time. My issues were with the emptiness of the restaurant and bar (never saw it even half full for bkfst, lunch, OR dinner); and also with the unfamiliarity of the staff with their own menu. The menu seemed to stay pretty much the same, but three different times we were told conflicting information about entrees including salads (with they do) and kids dishes including drinks (which they also do, but once we were charged for the drink anyway).
For a restaurant that isn't all that busy, the waitstaff should have been on top of their game for that little extra boost in tip, not making lazy mistakes because they're bored. The Grille also services room service (basically double the cost of eating in the restaurant) and take-out orders, so a slight wait for your food is to be expected. Definitely good food, but just be patient and enjoy the view when service isn't smooth.
