Unique. They bring out a board listing all their fish and seafood available for the day. You choose what you want and how you want it prepared. Great for people who don't like everything deep fried. I ordered the Escolar and had it pan fried (in olive oil) with a little lime juice on top. Husband had baked cod, mother-in-law ordered the Rib Eye and shrimp. Everything was great. Salads were mixed greens, not useless head lettuce. Wonderful bread basket. Make sure you have a lot of time when you go here as it takes over an hour to order, eat, pay. Food was great! Server friendly and helpful. Perfect spot for an anniversary, birthday or other celebration.
