El Caporal, Canon City

Poor customer service. On Oct 22, 2011 we ordered 3 Chicken Chim. When order came out we received 3 Beef Chim. We had eaten about 1/3 of them when waiter came to check on us. Told waiter about mistake and he offered to remake order but we told waiter we did not want to waste the food and did not want to wait to reorder. Did not offer any discount or apologize for mistake. When received check it showed Chicken Chim so appears like cook made the error. I showed this to cashier but she never offered any discount either

Seriously bad.... no flavor, slow service and not even good prices.

El Caporal is by far the best Mexican Restaurant in Canon City. It has a wonderful menu and the service is the best of all restaurants by far, always consistant with the portions and speed from the time you sit down to the time you are finished dinning. Hats off to El Caporal!
