Out for the day while staying in Salida, CO and read the reviews for Thai Mini Cafe - a must stop! Super clean and everything made as you order it. We loved the steamed spring rolls (full of veggies) covered in peanut sauce with a serving of rice, the Pad Thai was really nicely seasoned, and Pad Kee Mow - good & spicy! Generous portions - We had leftovers to take w/the 2 of us. Will definitely go out of our way to return here & hope others will, too!

Great Food. Every time I drive from Boulder to Pagosa or Durango this is a must stop. reasonable prices, fresh food made to order, excellent taste. I feel bad for anyone who has to eat at subway instead of Thai Mini!

This is a must stop. It was great. Chicken Satay that was so good, rice was fluffy and light. The teriyaki beef is very nice, with just a touch of spicey. Try the Thai Tea (Cha yen) YUMMY. So when travelling CO 285 or 50 to Monarch and Gunnison - mark this is on your map!

This restaurant has ruined me-no Thai restaurant will ever live up to this one. Everything was fresh, delicious, and authentic. The prices are also great.

Delightlful Thai Surprise

Enroute between Durango and Colorado Springs we passed through the hamlet of Poncha Springs, CO. At the intersection of US 285 and US 50 we encountered the Thai Mini Cafe side-by-side with an ice cream shop. We were hungry and love Thai food, so we gave it a try. The food was great, and the owner was warm and friendly. Had Tom Ka soup, made fresh to order, which was fabulous. Never in a million years would I have expected to find such a jewel nestled in the midst of the rockies, but it was a delightful surprise..
