Western Omelette, Colorado Springs

BEST breakfast place in town!!!!! I frequent this establishment and any time visitors are in town, I take them there. The green chili is soooo good. You get a ton of food for a very reasonable pice. The wait staff is great also.

We were vacationing in town from Vegas and found this little gem courtsey of good old Yahoo and thought we would return the favor! Very friendly staff, doesnt feel like their forced to be happy. I had the create your own omlette-cooked perfectly. My wife had the french toast and it was also great! Would reccomend to anyone!

Super good. We are from out of town. A must visit if you ever find yourself in Colorado Springs. Very unique decor that adds to your dining experience. Plenty of parking. We had the breakfast chimi the chipped beef breakfast. Very, very good. Our waitress was Rhea. Nice job Rhea!!!!

I moved here a few months ago and my family and I have made this the place to eat. I have never had a bad experience with the food.If you are going to go on the weekend be patient with the waitstaff for they get pretty busy.

I love this place! I go out for breakfast every Saturday morning and I am at Western Omelette 2-3 times a month. My favorite is the Chili Rellenos, deep fried green chili and cheese in a flaky shell served with hash browns and eggs. I have mine smothered in the mild green chili with a side of the hot green chili. Other great breakfast items are the Huevos Rancheros, 4 Speed Muffin of The Pony. The wait staff is excellent! They are fast and friendly, always ready to give you a refill on your coffee or soda.

Great food with some tastey green chilli too. It gets really crowded here so u need to go early in the morning. And if u are scared of bikers it isn't the place to go.

Chili relleno breakfast is favorite-not too hot nor bland, rather just right. Your wait staff may be an owner. We must swing by CO Spgs on any vacation just for this. Not open past lunch I think. Family maintains quality assurance in all aspects of their business. Heard next generation(s) are trying to give cute dad more rest from his obsessive attention to detail that makes this place stand way out.

Best place for hot chili and breakfast when you have a hangover!

its one of the best i've seen in some time hope to go there again soon.
