Billy's Old World Pizza
Satisfy your hunger as big as the Windy City itself. In a truly unique family-owned pizzeria buffet restaurant in Colorado Springs, you will be served Italian food worthy of Chicago's heritage and reflecting the discerning tastes of the owner's passion for great food. Billy's Old World Chicago-Style Pizza serves critically-acclaimed, award winning Italian food. It's prepared fresh daily in the restaurant, which looks and feels more like a mom and pop pizzeria establishment than the corporate chain restaurants in Colorado Springs. Everyone at Billy's Pizza takes pride in everything being handmade from scratch daily onsite in order to provide you with the freshest dining experience possible. They oven roast their own Italian-style beef, use the freshest vegetables available, and make their own dough and sauces used for pizza and pasta dishes. What's more, Billy's grinds their own meat and stuff their own sausages.Your mouth will water when you first bite into Billy's crunchy yet chewy pizza crust. It can be prepared to your own liking - whether you choose it thin, or the famous Chicago-Style Stuffed. Stone-baked in the Old World tradition may require a little longer baking time, but the difference between Billy's high-quality signature pizzas, and the conveyor belt pizzas at the chain stores is immediately noticeable with your very first bite. The stuffed pizzas are built to order starting with a double dough bottom crust in a two inch deep pan in the true Chicago tradition. Then the mammoth pies are stuffed with a fist-full of cheese and other toppings of your choice. Finally the specialty pizzas are smothered with a rich handmade sauce and can weigh anywhere from four to eight pounds. The possibilities are endless, but one question always remains the same - how will we build your Chicago-Style Pizza today?
Great place! Great food and service. The people are very accommodating and freindly. It's hard to find Chicago style pizza in Colorado, this place is the best. The pizza crust is amazing. The buffet it great. Now if only they had Turano bread to go with thier beef it would be perfect!
We were out on vacation and the hotel we stayed at suggested this pizza place. When we got there they were closed and the owner came out and invited us in anyway. He made us a pizza while serving us samples from the buffet. It was a very nice gesture on his part and everyone was friendly. We stopped in the next day to try the buffet and it was fantastic. I will definately eat here again on my next trip to the springs. Thanks Billy's for being part of a wonderful vacation.
This is a great place! The buffet is fantastic. Everything was homemade, fresh and outstanding. The Chicago style pizza is the best I've ever had. We order the half baked to go. I am very picky about my pizza and this place is the real McCoy.
This place is nasty! Its dirty in the dining room and the food is HORRIBLE! I'm Italian, so I'm sure I'm a little picky but its BAD. Olive Garden is actually more authentic than this place!! Save your money!
Excellent pizza, my favorite in Colorado Springs. Try the sausage it is quite excellent. Billy's has an all you can eat buffet which allows you to sample some of the pizzas they have to offer. The service is great and a great place to take the kids.
