Three generations of flavorful, homemade recipes combined with our warm, Italian hospitality is why Bisetti's Ristorante remains an award-winning, landmark establishment in downtown Fort Collins for over 33 years. From the 2000 pounds of homemade pasta to the 200 servings of our original Tiramisu served every month, we are always striving to exceed your expectations. We sincerely thank you for your loyal patronage throughout the years and we look forward to seeing you soon! Buon Appetito, Robert & Heather Bisetti
I love this place and every chance I get, i will be there. It is a the ultimate in romantic dining, and atmosphere. The last time I went there was on my birthday and I was treated like a king. The Wait staff were the some of the best I have ever had, and that is saying a lot because I have been to a lot of restaurants in my time. This one is the top on my list. I will brag forever.
Bisetti's is a Fort Collins cuilinary institution. Excellent food, good prices and outstanding service make this the best Itallian restaurant in Fort Collins. It's the perfect romantic date place - order their house chianti and split a cheesecake for dessert.
I am a local and have been to Bisetti's 5 times (for some reason, I keep giving it another try).
I have ordered a variety of items, but have thus far ended up disappointed. The pasta is often overcooked. The quality of ricotta in raviolli is not good. The salad was adequate but not fresh. The redeeming feature is their chicken parmesian, which was tender. Their deserts are acclaimed so much they have their own cheesecake factory, but I make my own cheesecake, and I really don't think theirs compares.
It is very romantic, and lots of wine helps.
I find that small parties are often ignored. LONG wait time for check, every time.
For $18 a plate (without wine), I expect MUCH better.
Fort Collins has many italian restaurants. I would strongly recommend Caninos or the Catacombs, both 3 blocks away. Or for other areas of town, Carabbas, Pulcinellas.
I went in for dinner with my wife on a saturday night. The wait was too long, so we ate at a small bar table. George and Mo, our servers/bartenders, made the dinner great. The food too was wonderful. If you choose to eat there on a Saturday night and it's busy I would for sure sit in the bar!
