After reading other reviews I was excited to eat here. However, my experience wasn't so pleasant. The menu doesn't list all the ingredients in their food. I had ordered the Shrimp ‘a’ Nardo da Vinci pizza which has feta, basil pesto, and a lemon garlic. However, they put a tomato marinara sauce that was over bearing and conflicting of flavor. If the marinara sauce was listed as an ingredient I would of ask them not to put it on the pizza. I decided to order some pasta to go and ordered the
Art Lover’s Pasta. Again, on this dish it had a lot of pine nuts which I can't stand and was not listed as an ingredient on this entree. The temperature inside was uncomfortably warm. My server had put the order in late. People who came in after me that ordered pizza had received their food about 15min. earlier. Good variety of beer though. When I get a chance to get out to Estes again I will eat somewhere new.
