The thing I like about Taco Bell is that it is fast and easy with good cheap food. But a lot of the times you end up going home and realize they missed putting in an item or two that was paid for. The first time it happened to me, I called and it was easy. They apologized and said the next time I come in to just tell them and that they would take care of it. But this was at another location, the Taco Bell on North College. But last night, my husband and I went to this particular location and realized that they missed putting in an item we paid for, luckily we weren't too far. This happened a few nights ago and realized this when we got home. So we decided this time to just tell them. When we did, the cashier on duty checked the receipt, we offered for them to check the to go bag we had. Then he got back to us and said the cook said he gave us all of the items. And he obviously did not. And would not do anything more. No apology. Just looked at us blankly. Did not give back our receipt.
