Gib's New York Bagels & Deli, Fort Collins

Moved to WA state and I miss Gibs! Nothing else compares, so, I gave up on eating bagels. When I did go back to FTC to visit, Gibs was on my list of places to see and buy the bacon, egg, and cheese on parmesan, yummmm....and I miss the sundried tomato with spinach and artichoke cream cheese. Gibs is worth the calories! The atmosphere is always great, at all the locations in FTC!

I'm from NJ...so this was extrememly disappointing! My ham on a bagel had one slice of ham on it for $5. Ridiculous!!! One slice of ham!!! Unfortunately I took it to go, so I didn't even know that there was one slice until I got home.

I've eaten at the Ft. Collins Gib's bagel stores and have been fairly satisfied with those. However the new store in Loveland is very disappointing. Of the 3 times I was there, they were out of salt bagels- my favorite. Plus this store is very skimpy on the cream cheese compared to Ft. Collins stores. I do not plan to go back to the Loveland store.......

I grew up in NY and usually go there a couple of times a year. I have to say that GIBS in Fort Collins is better than what I have been getting in NYC! The sandwiches are huge, the meat is Boars Head which if your from NY you know is necessary! As for customer service they can't be beat. I have been going there since they opened and if I ever have a problem with my order it is always taken care of and with more than what I asked for. Once I phoned an order in and picked it up, got home and the sandwich was made wrong. I called and told them what had happened and not only did I get a new sandwich but the owner, Gib, himself delivered it to my door. Now tell me your gonna get that kind of service from a franchise!!!!! I LOVE GIBS!!!!!

In response to some of the more negative comments about Gib's...If you're still hungry after eating a Gib's sandwich maybe you need to rethink your diet and what you are cunsuming on a daily basis. Gib's is a wonderful alternative to the greasy fat filled sandwiches of McDonalds or Burger King. As to the service, if you have a problem, say something then. Because maybe in front of the managers the people with the poor customer service skills are showing a different face and they don't see what you are experiancing. I love that place and the people in it. If you want the snobby attitudes that you people are prating about then please stay at your Muggs coffee shops. Love to the Mothership!

Gib's bagels have spoiled us. They are so good, my family won't eat any other brand of bagel. Go Gib's!

These guys have the best bagel I've ever had, and Ive had lots. The use of Boarshead meat on the sandwiches is great. Ya, its not Subway priced, but you get what you pay for, and at Gibs I get REAL wholesome Boarshead deli met and an outstanding bagel!

Gibs has great bagels and a good variety of flavors but don't expect to get a lot of cream cheese if that's what you order. It's the only bagel shop I've ever eaten at where they consistently skimp on the cream cheese, even if you ask for extra. Almost always a disappointment.
